These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Topo, a forecasting and analytics tool for e-commerce brands, operated by Evergreen Results ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Topo, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Topo connects to your e-commerce platform (such as Shopify or WooCommerce) and advertising accounts (such as Meta Ads and Google Ads) to provide revenue forecasting, ad performance analytics, and budget planning tools. Topo accesses your data on a read-only basis. We do not create, modify, pause, or delete any ads, products, or orders in your connected accounts.

2. Account and Access

You must provide accurate information when creating an account or connecting data sources. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must have the authority to connect any third-party accounts (Shopify stores, ad accounts, etc.) that you link to Topo.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use Topo for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the application
Resell or redistribute access to Topo without our written consent
Use automated scripts or bots to access the service in a manner that degrades performance for other users

4. Data and Privacy

Your use of Topo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. By using Topo, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Topo integrates with third-party services including Shopify, WooCommerce, Meta (Facebook), and Google Ads. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services. If a third-party service changes its API or terms in a way that affects Topo's functionality, we will make reasonable efforts to adapt, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

6. Forecasts and Analytics

The forecasts, projections, and analytics provided by Topo are based on historical data and statistical models. They are intended as planning tools and do not constitute financial advice or guarantees of future performance. You are solely responsible for business decisions made using data from Topo.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee that Topo will be available at all times. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages that temporarily affect access. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evergreen Results shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of Topo.

9. Termination

You may stop using Topo at any time by disconnecting your data sources and discontinuing use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Topo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
